On March 30, Lewandowski posted a topless photo at the gym on Instagram . The photo quickly went viral, receiving nearly 1.4 million likes and nearly 3,500 comments in just 13 hours. Many fans expressed amazement at the body of the 34-year-old striker.
“The body is as solid as a rock,” commented one fan. Others liken Lewandowski to a machine, the “Robocop” or “Terminator” movie character. Another fan played with words about the Polish striker’s ability to score: “The Lewangoalski machine”.
Lewandowski is famous for his reverse diet: eat dessert first. “They don’t understand,” Lewandowski once shared when he played for Bayern. “They shook their heads when they saw me finish some soup.”
Anna, Lewandowski ‘s wife and a former karate champion, shared in 2019 that the most important thing for a toned body is exercise and nutrition. She and her husband often focus on food quality, limiting sugar and dairy, giving priority to eating fish, pancakes, macaroons, vegetable spaghetti, porridge or millet. “After training, we sometimes drink beet juice with cinnamon or cayenne pepper,” Anna revealed.
